How to do a perfect push-up?

Exercise by doing push-up for us or other people , there is not a hard thing or any people which not managed to do it.But the problem is whether you can manage to get the correct way of doing push-up and improve your chest.

Ofcourse,there is alot of people done push-up for few years , but end up the body shape is just around average.Somemore they cannot get any effective or outstanding result by doing push-up.Push-up is a simple exercise or warming exercise that required no equitment or any tools to support it .However,it also a very easy to let people get forget about doing push-up or simply give up because after done few years there is still unable to improve chest.


Every people tend to avoid doing push-up because of some mentally reason such as lazy or few like no improvement.Actually push-up should not be forgotten , even your are not improving chest or doing bench press.It just a warming exercise before any sports begin..So which way can consider is the most perfect way of doing push-up.From the reseach and myself daily push-up I realizsed that we do require a perfect positon and way in order to improve chest.The objective is get right the way of doing 1st,and it definetely more effective than those people done wrong but repitive..

A push up is a simple exercise that requires only a floor. Push ups workout your chest, abs, and triceps. If they are done correctly, your results will be outstanding. There are many different types of push ups. This article is about doing a standard push up.

HOW TO DO IT?

STEP 1

Lie down on the floor with your backside up. Place your hands on the ground an inch away from each side of your body. They should be in line with your chest. Pick your knees and chest off of the floor and bring the weight onto your toes. This is the "down" push-up position.

STEP 2

Check yourself to make sure everything is set up correctly. Slowly use your arms to push your body off of the floor. Keep going up until your arms are completely straight. This is the "up" push-up position

STEP 3

To do a push-up, move from the "down" to the "up" push-up positions. One push-up is going up and down one time. While doing a push-up, you should feel your abs tighten.

GET IT RIGHT?
A simple steps that can change your mindset and improve your chest..Hope you all will like it. But let me clarify it , it only reflect to amateur or beginner who never done push up or who does not get improve on push-up.Because psh-up do have their limit, if everything correct you all need more improvement shoud go for bench press or play barbell.But push-up do maintain your muscle if you dont manage to play bench press always.
