Totally upset.!!!

Its been a long time that I did not went in my personal blog and drop down any post or update it.However, Im too sad and I think this is the only place for me to express and release myself at here..Its not sad about my personal issue but it do close related to me.

Regarding my grandmum, tonite when I was arrived hospital.I was been told that my grandmum have early stage of stroke..She totally unable to eat ,unable to drink , unable to take medicine ..I saw her .and she unable to talk with me anymore.Further she almost unable to recorgnised who am I .

From the moment I was born, my grandmum has been doing her great job to takecare of me.and love me the most..Now watching her become like that ..Im so upset , sad but actually what can I do now beside takecare of it.I really scare one day she totally cannot recognised me.Then how Im going to face it..

But.....I think it is the end ..I dont have furthermore mood to express more on this issue. Currently rest needed for me to cold down myself..Thanks for viewing.

Working life!!!


I think it was quite sometime I unable to update my blog here..Because of working , I was busying and lazying to update my blog .Well blog always serve as a good place for me to express myself here .

About working life.,everything goes smooth and busy busy all the while..Overall all staff treat me nice.Time pass by fast , when i always recall back my previous college life..damm it likes just happen last nite ..You and I wont believe that now .already 2010..I starting to feel conflict and confuse whether I should stick to my own plan or my current situation .

But i do promised myself and my friend , so let see 2010 I will end up at where ?!.and where and when i will be turn up..I know you all cannot get what I mentioned here right .? hehe .All I can say is .there is some crashing on my ordinary plan .and I have to take it and faced it..I will solve my problem , and im not willing to mention here what problem..sorry for that .

How to do a perfect push-up?

Exercise by doing push-up for us or other people , there is not a hard thing or any people which not managed to do it.But the problem is whether you can manage to get the correct way of doing push-up and improve your chest.

Ofcourse,there is alot of people done push-up for few years , but end up the body shape is just around average.Somemore they cannot get any effective or outstanding result by doing push-up.Push-up is a simple exercise or warming exercise that required no equitment or any tools to support it .However,it also a very easy to let people get forget about doing push-up or simply give up because after done few years there is still unable to improve chest.


Every people tend to avoid doing push-up because of some mentally reason such as lazy or few like no improvement.Actually push-up should not be forgotten , even your are not improving chest or doing bench press.It just a warming exercise before any sports begin..So which way can consider is the most perfect way of doing push-up.From the reseach and myself daily push-up I realizsed that we do require a perfect positon and way in order to improve chest.The objective is get right the way of doing 1st,and it definetely more effective than those people done wrong but repitive..

SImPLE EXPLANATION OF PUSH-UP FUNCTION.

A push up is a simple exercise that requires only a floor. Push ups workout your chest, abs, and triceps. If they are done correctly, your results will be outstanding. There are many different types of push ups. This article is about doing a standard push up.

HOW TO DO IT?

STEP 1

Lie down on the floor with your backside up. Place your hands on the ground an inch away from each side of your body. They should be in line with your chest. Pick your knees and chest off of the floor and bring the weight onto your toes. This is the "down" push-up position.

STEP 2

Check yourself to make sure everything is set up correctly. Slowly use your arms to push your body off of the floor. Keep going up until your arms are completely straight. This is the "up" push-up position

STEP 3

To do a push-up, move from the "down" to the "up" push-up positions. One push-up is going up and down one time. While doing a push-up, you should feel your abs tighten.

GET IT RIGHT?
A simple steps that can change your mindset and improve your chest..Hope you all will like it. But let me clarify it , it only reflect to amateur or beginner who never done push up or who does not get improve on push-up.Because psh-up do have their limit, if everything correct you all need more improvement shoud go for bench press or play barbell.But push-up do maintain your muscle if you dont manage to play bench press always.

New lIfe


Soon I will start my new life at my hometown .Abit sad that I unable to stay at KL work and fight for future together with my brothers.At my hometown everything was going smooth ,one of my friend told me that hometown gave me luck.Looks like I have to believe that however there still some prons and cons here.My hometown tuisyen centre for my acca study class was full alraedy.Which mean I have to self study and ask my friend for that major changing in my paper.

Actually,I still dont know will I'm going to sit for this December exam.Since selfstudy without any update notes.But to save money thats the way , I think the only way I can do is attend short revision class..Hope this time will success,really not wish to always continue study and waste time.But some how situation force us to make another decision.I found that when I planned to do something ,it always cannot stick to my original plan.There must have some changes on my plan.Its alright with me ,since I always can plan last minute and hope that decision will be better than original plan.
